Douglasdale, SE Calgary! Must enjoy the resident orange cat (very friendly) and care for OMalley when we are out of town, on occasion. One room available in executive home. Married couple in 60s live in home. Fantastic decks and zen spaces. Gardeners welcome! Some snow shoveling expected. Expect a fridge, microwave, induction, toaster oven and air fryer in the common area, if you want to enjoy lots of space in a fridge and alternate way to cook meals. Shared common space with kitchenette and own TV area. 3 levels to home, so lots of space to get away. Walk out basement. Private bathrooms for the majority of the time unless we have guests (occasional). Looking for quiet tenants who have solid work, are CLEAN and older. Furnished and partially stocked with dishes. Can get a kitchen table for basement alcove or bring your own! Some storage. We enjoy large family gatherings. Lets chat!

Jennifer (56) works in an elementary school and Shawn (64) is his own carpenter. Jenny loves to decorate, garden, biking, camping and hosting family gatherings. Shawn likes hunting, cooking, gardening, music. He works way too much and loves to smoke and barbecue meat!
