This is a must-see! It’s the best and safest part of the city, midtown, 5 minutes to either St Clair or St Clair West station on streetcar or 10 minutes walk. Next to Sir Winston Churchill Park, residential area with restaurants, cafes, gyms, boutique shops, libraries, movie theatre and many grocery shops. You will be sharing the apartment with me, I am going to provide you a bed, night table, wardrobe, desk and curtains but if you’d like to decorate your room and bring your own furniture I’m open to that. The suite is on the forth floor. Your room partially faces a building (not too close) and partially just trees and gets decent sunlight (see second photo posted). It is a two bedroom (bedrooms are distanced from each other with living room in between) -one bathroom apartment that is well-maintained, corner unit facing North and East. There is no balcony. Kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and has dishwasher. Laundry is on ground floor, brand new machines and works with digital card you can load from a website. If you prefer air condition, I can provide a window unit for your room as well. This is not a party home, absolutely no smoking, no alcohol and no over-night guests in the home -no exceptions. You need to be mindful of sound, there will be no noise in the home after 10 PM. Friends/family visit over the weekend is allowed. If you require parking it will be $175/mo additional. Unfortunately, no amenities in building but everything can be found walking distance in the surrounding area. It’s approximately an 8-by-10-foot room.
