Looking for someone to take the 2nd room in a 2 b/b condo in the lakeshore and parklawn area. Unit is about 900sqft and has amazing water views. Living room and kitchen are already furnished, you only need to furnish your room and bathroom.
The building has amenities such as gym, sauna, games room, party room, yoga, outdoor pool, barbecue area, etc.
Hydro, wifi, and water bills will be shared between the two roommates.
About the roomies
I am Olu, I work as a Project Manager for a bank. I have lived in this unit for almost 2 years and I really like it here. I enjoy playing padel, talking to friends, and connecting with people. I am very clean, chill, organized, and easygoing.
My preferred roommate will be a young male professional that is genuinely clean, chill, easygoing, and mature and is able to pay rent and utilities on time with no issues. Non-smoker also preferred.
