The apartment has a shared kitchen, fridge access, washer and dryer, air conditioning, balcony, and a shared bathroom. The bathroom would be shared only with me, as the other roommate has his own private bathroom.

The building has a fitness room/gym, and there is street parking nearby.

Two quiet and respectful male roommates will also be living in the apartment during the stay.

Looking for clean, quiet, respectful guests. No smoking, no parties, and no extra guests.

We’re both easygoing, clean, and respectful. The apartment is pretty chill, not a party place, but we’re totally fine with people enjoying Stampede and coming back late as long as everyone is respectful.
