I’m an incoming PhD student in political science at McMaster University looking to lease a room from September 2025 to May or September 2026 or find another person to rent out an apartment with.

My budget is around $700-750/month for rent, but I could go more potentially. Interesting in living with another graduate student, researcher, or worker who is clean and looking for a relatively quite space. But in general you don’t need to be a student, just not interested in only partying! Also looking for a building near the university and parking or available street parking.

Some details on me:

• I was born and raised in Montreal.
• I speak English, French, Italian and some Portuguese.
• I enjoy learning about other cultures, trying new foods, travelling etc.
• I like anime and video games.
• I like cooking
