Hi! I work full-time and will be will be going to school at the University of Calgary part-time in the fall of 2022 to start my Masters in Data Science and Analytics. I’m looking for a roommate who is interested in renting a place either downtown or near U of C starting mid-April or in May.

I want to split rent and utilities (heat, water, electricity) equally with each of us contributing a between $700 to $900. However, I would also be willing to discuss one of us contributing more towards rent for parking spots or a bigger room/ensuite bathroom if those are options! I would prefer to have separate bathrooms (mostly because I don’t want to inconvenience you with my crazy hair care routines haha.)

I don’t have any pets, and don’t plan on getting any within the next year. I don’t do drugs, nor do I smoke. I don’t do any heavy partying. I’m pretty introverted but I like going out once in a while.

My main interests: yoga, thrifting, rock and indie music, tea, learning guitar, working out and walks
