Hello, I’m a young professional with a work-from-home job. I’m looking to share a place with someone downtown or centretown, Ottawa, preferably another woman also in their 20s or 30s

I just signed a lease for a luxury rental in Centretown (3 mins walk from City hall) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for $2480 monthly, and I’m looking for someone to take the slightly smaller room at $1200 per month. The apartment has a indoor pool, gym and an in-unit laundry

I work from home on weekdays and go out after work or have friends over to play video games. I play games in my spare time and visit my partner during some weekends. I have no pets but I love animals and my girlfriend has a dog that might visit sometimes. I like to keep my surroundings clean and like to cook often.
