Hello! My name is Hector. I work a corporate job Monday to Friday, on-site. I’ll be moving from Alberta to Toronto in March and am looking for a room to rent or to team up with someone for a 6-month to 1-year lease.

My weekdays are pretty busy, but when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym (pretending I know what I’m doing 😄) or spending time with friends. I’m looking for a place downtown—ideally in King West, the Financial District, the Entertainment District, or anywhere close to a Line 1 subway station.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, watching and playing sports, reading, traveling, outdoor activities, and discovering new places. I usually do meal prep on Sundays for the week.

I’m clean, organized, respectful, and I do my dishes (important, I know). I also own furniture suitable for a two-bedroom condo, have a good credit score, and work with a realtor who could help us find a great place.
