Hi there! Im Santi, a 27 years old peruvian. Currently studying marketing in a college, doing francization and working online for a university in my country and doing an overnight job as a chef auxiliare in a famous poutine restaurant in Mtl. So yes, my daily routine is very busy and maybe I won´t be at home very often. About me, I am very tidy and quiet with my stuff. I love animals and plants, practising buddhism since 5 years ago. I like sports too! I usually go to run to any part of the city 10 or 21km every 15d. I like watching animes, cooking, cars, videogames and talking about economy/society/trascendency.

For last and not less, I put a budget of $800 but could be a little more… depending on location, features, amenities, etc.
