Friendly, ambitious, & empathetic person looking for a room rental. I am a child and youth care practitioner, in schools throughout the city. I’m looking for somewhere to stay for a minimum of a year with the possibility of staying longer. Must have a respectful, reasonable, & considerate person who I can live with as a professional, roommate, and friendly, type of situation. Must like dogs, I have a 20 pound 9 month old cockapoo puppy who is so gentle and kind, potty trained as well. Max budget 1150 all inclusive
