Looking for a long-term rental for myself. Open to shared rental with working professionals. No pets, no parking, no kids. Teaching 8-4, gym/volunteer during the day, and away weekends visiting family, so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. Prefer living with professionals who are also super CLEAN, organized, and respectful of privacy. Won’t have overnight guests. Sisters may visit occasionally. I’m looking for a quiet space with laundry on-site and reliable WiFi to do my design work from home or marking in the evening. Currently in Toronto, but open to moving to Calgary or Ottawa as I can work there as well.
