Looking for a new place. I’m single, no pets, moved here from Australia in 2023.

I am looking for what may be a short term lease. I am applying for PR therefore I am unsure of the outcome so I don’t want to commit to something that I’ll have to leave so a month to month tenancy would be the best option for me right now until my PR is finalised then I can enter something more long term.

The cat doesn’t come with me. The cat is one of my pets I had back in Aus. I keep this picture as memory and to illustrate that I’m a cat person. An animal person in general tbh.

Full transparency I am looking to move closer to spring/summer. The winter is too brutal for me to move straight away so if this fits your timeline then we can chat.
