Hi everyone, I am a young professional, British born from London and have been living in Toronto now for just over 6 years.
PRIMARILY LOOKING FOR OWN SPACE. I am now looking for my own clean studio space, pest free and with a separate entrance with all utilities included with internet, if possible.
OPEN TO SHARING IF IT’S WITH ONE OTHER PERSON AND I HAVE MY OWN BATHROOM.
I am very low-key and am very considerate of others when sharing spaces - I clean up after myself, I do not cook strong smelling foods, I like peace and quiet after 10.00pm and also like the occasional chat with roommates. I don’t allow for guests to over stay their welcome and keep noise to a minimum and do always do my part in sticking to a cleaning schedule. I work from home mostly in the week and am currently working on assisting the city with the new ECLRT and FWLRT lines and so I’m pretty busy with that and just would like to pair up with someone like minded.
