I am hard working professional lady, who has finally become an “empty nester” and am now looking for something new. I do have a fully furnished home, but am willing to downsize. Ideally, I’m looking for a private space, private bathroom and private kitchen. Preferably all inclusive. I’m extremely neat & tidy, however not to the extreme. I am quiet, no drama, and always smiling :). Preferably no small children. I love the outdoors (country in my heart) gardening and cooking
