Hello,

I’m a recent honours graduate from a local college working retail while looking for social services/community service work. I am generally a clean and quiet person (these are important to me, especially as I have hearing issues) and I am looking for the same but I am a musician so I sometimes play electronic drums or guitar so it would be great to find another quiet musician to live with. I love plants/nature and bicycles so I would love a place with space for some plants and bikes. I value transparent and straightforward communication and respecting that it’s a shared space and looking to find a roommate who values the same. I also value a tidy, organized, and quiet living space and need a roommate who does as well. I mostly keep to myself but I’m happy to hang out sometimes if there are shared interests. Prefer to share with only one other person but might be open to more than one with the right fit. Looking to improve my living situation and just seeing who and what is out there for now while I save first and last month’s rent.
