Hello,

I have a very calm temperament, and therefore I seek that in others I share physical space with at the end of the day. I am a minimalist and have been for 17 years now, the practice of less material possessions has helped me stay mindful in my day-to-day life. I do not go to yoga everyday and I don’t only eat salad, but I keep a very healthy lifestyle which includes not drinking alcohol. This is not a requirement of future roommate(s) though it should be a consideration for those that I live with.

I am respectful, tidy, mindful, considerate, and very comfortable with social interactions and engaging with others, however, I do value time alone over exhausting social settings.

I have an adorable Tuxedo cat named Buddy, he is the most calm senior cat you will ever meet. He loves when new people come over, he is always the first one at the door to check out anyone who might give him a belly rub.

I am only looking for a female roommate or a couple, children and other pets are fine as well. I do not smoke but I am mindful that others are 420 friendly and I have no issues with that. I am also LGTBQ friendly and also respect those who identify on the spectrum or deal with personal disabilities.
