🙋🏻♀️I’ve lived with roommates in the past and have always ended up good friends. I’m 33, social, clean and tidy, and mostly work from home. But I often get out of the house to teach yoga classes during the day and evenings.
I love making a place home, even if it is only temporary. I plan on moving abroad next spring, hence only needing a room for 5-6 months.
NON NEOGTIABLES 🚗Parking (not on the street) 💻Room must be large enough or there be a separate area for my online work (where private calls can be held)
Hoping to find something that is MAX $1000 including all utilities and parking in Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven or anywhere in the west end that is a 20ish mins drive to Stittsville and Barrhaven.
Move in date is ideally December 1st, but could make the move November 1st.
