I am a 58+-year-old naturalized Canadian currently working abroad. My two daughters are renting a place on Minnacote Ave. while they continue their studies, and we, as parents, would like to visit them. However, their accommodation does not allow a father to stay, though the mother can. Therefore, I am seeking a furnished room to rent for the month of June only. I just need a bed, some space for my luggage, and access to a washroom; a kitchen is not necessary.

Since most of you are looking for long-term rentals, if you are unable to find a permanent tenant starting in June, could you consider renting to me for this short period? I would greatly appreciate it. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and consider myself a decent and flexible person. Thank you very much!
