Easygoing female working full-time, usually 9–6 with Fridays and Sundays off. I currently live on my own but am looking to downsize and find a roommate I can genuinely connect with—someone I can build a friendship with and trust.

I’ll be bringing my 10-year-old cat, KitKat—she’s super sweet, low-maintenance, and truly my world. I’m open to either a furnished or unfurnished place, depending on what works best for both of us.

I’m looking for a room with a max rent of $1600.Parking included preferred but not necessary if I can still stay within $1600. I am also looking for a fairly short time - until August or September.
