My partner and I are looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful place to call home. I’m a working professional, and my partner is currently a university student. We’re both calm, responsible individuals who value privacy, open communication, and keeping shared spaces tidy and peaceful.

We have a solid rental history, are quiet tenants, and are ideally seeking a long-term stay. We’re easy to get along with, non-smokers, and not into parties — just looking for a safe and respectful environment where we can focus on our work and studies.

Looking to move in around the end of July, ideally somewhere close to public transit (train preferred) and within a reasonable commute to downtown Calgary.
