My name is Afshana. I’m a part-time student and I work as a nursing clerk at a palliative nursing home. I’m looking to rent the unit for myself only — no other occupants. I don’t have a car at the moment, and I don’t host parties, but I may occasionally have a friend or family member visit. I’m quiet, respectful, and always mindful of house rules.
