Hi I’m Ian! I’m a student interning in the Nepean area this Fall and I’m looking for a clean and friendly place to stay. Outside of home, I love staying active through sports: I love soccer and basketball, and I casually follow sports too.

For housing, I really value open communication, mutual respect, and creating a warm, welcoming space to live in. I’m clean and organized, particularly in shared spaces, and I always keep the volume to a minimum when I can. I’m like to spend a lot of alone time, but I’m always down to chat or hangout too if you want to grab food or anything. I’m excited to live with someone who’s chill, considerate, and down for a good vibe!
