Hey everyone!

I’m looking for a roommate for either:

🤝 Find and rent a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment together, or 🏡 Moving into an existing 2 bed / 2 bath apartment if you’re looking for a roommate. 📅 Move-in: Ideally anytime between August 15th and September 1st, though I’m flexible for the right place or roommate.

📍 Preferred Areas

I’m fairly flexible! Ideally somewhere with good TTC access—particularly along or near Line 2 but I’m open to other neighbourhoods if we find a place that’s a good fit for both of us.

💰 Budget

If we’re searching together, I’m looking at apartments in the ~$2,500–2,700/month range. I’d ideally like to keep my share around $1,200/month for a private bedroom, with rent split fairly based on room size and features. I’m mainly looking for a proper bedroom rather than a den, though I’d consider a den if the rent reflects that and it’s otherwise a great fit.

I’m a 25 year old student who’s spent my first year in Canada living in residence. I’ve really enjoyed the experience, but I’m now looking to move off-campus and hoping to create a place that’s comfortable, respectful, and genuinely feels like home—not just somewhere to sleep.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and reliable. I like keeping shared spaces clean and always do my part. If we click, I’d be happy to explore Toronto, try new cafés, restaurants, or events together—but I also completely respect personal space if you prefer doing your own thing.

I don’t smoke or drink, and I don’t have any pets (though I don’t mind if you drink or smoke responsibly). Most of my time is spent between school, work, and exploring the city.

I have a good credit score (~730) and can provide references or any documentation needed during the rental application.

Looking for one roommate (ideally not a couple). Looking for a long-term home rather than a temporary stop. Respectful, communicative, and financially responsible. Values cleanliness and shared responsibility. Open to discussing living expectations upfront (cleanliness, guests, chores, etc.) so we’re both comfortable before committing.
