Hello, my name is Nathann, I’m a single, thirty-one year old male currently living with family here in Calgary while looking for a long-term rental. I’m currently attending SAIT’s Electrician program and once I’ve completed my studies I will be pursuing employment promptly afterwards.

My hobbies are reading, concerts, working out, building computers, hiking, rock climbing, and board games.

Here are a quick list of reasons why I’d make an excellent tenant…

• I’m an easy-going, friendly, and personable individual who gets along universally with everybody regardless of ethnicity, gender, or religious belief
• I don’t smoke or drink
• I don’t host large gatherings or parties
• I don’t have a partner, kids, or any pets
• I travel light and whatever personal belongings I do have are already self-contained and organized
• I’m a tidy tenant who likes to keep his space (which includes the kitchen and bathroom) very clean
• I have tenant insurance, landlord references, and an excellent credit score (750+) with proof available upon request
