Hiii all, i am looking for a few female roommates or even a working couple that is looking for a place to rent. I have 2 bedrooms available in a full townhouse located in Chestermere! each bedroom is $900 each or if you would like both it’ll only be $1700 :) the basement is undeveloped but free to use, if you only rent one bedroom than you will have to share the full bathroom with another tenant. The main floor is shared of course and i have dishes and cookware that you are free to use too! if you are interested please don’t be afraid to message me. both rooms are available for january also please make sure you are capable of paying first months rent and a deposit equal to first months rent (which will be returned if room is left undamaged) however if you rent both for 1700 than only 900 is required for the deposit. There is also one spot in the garage which can be decided on if we proceed otherwise there’s also tons of street parking

a little about me: I am a full time student and work part time in jewelry, i do have a 4 year old son so you must be okay around kids and toys being left throughout the main floor! i do clean up after him of course but it gets messy with toys pretty quick so you have to understand that. I also have a cat she is very friendly and most of the time just minds her self and gets the occasional zoomies
