Always manage my own responsibilities, and have guaranteed stability in job at flower shop in Milton. Will never have late payment issues. Entirely willing to even have a couple months ahead of time paid as well if needed. Prior renter’s referral available upon request, zero issue.

Very quiet, keep to myself, and value mine and other’s privacy. Solo tenant, will not have people over, no pets, I do not smoke cigarettes. I do not require parking, as I take Milton Transit to work. Entirely willing to help out with tasks such as shovelling snow, ensuring everything gets put to curb on recycling/garbage days, and any other related things.
