Natalie Fylak

Hello! I (26- she/her) am a recent graduate from a civil engineering graduate program at the University of Toronto. Recently, I got a job offer in the Yorkdale area and am looking for a place nearby.

Specifically, I’ve been looking at the area south of the 401, east of Dufferin, north of Eglington, and west of Yonge St. Could go a little outside of that for the right place.

I’m pretty active and enjoy outdoor activities/rec sports like ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and run clubs. Due to this, I tend to be out of the house a lot of the time. I dream of having a space that feels like a home where I could host movie nights or board games with friends every once in a while. I’m on the quieter side, but am pretty friendly and appreciate being able to communicate well with the people I’m living with.

Cooking is also a big part of my life, so I would want to use the kitchen a few times a week to meal prep. Don’t worry, I’m good at cleaning up and appreciate when others do as well.
