I am a professional woman who just moved back to the island and took the first job I could get in Nanaimo. I have a job offer in Victoria and will need to relocate. I am an empty nester, my kids are all grown and spread around the Country. I am just looking to keep costs low and do not plan on being home often. I love early gym sessions and I am pretty consumed by my career otherwise, definitely looking to meet new people. I am a very young 47 year old. I am extremely clean and would want someone the same. I am 420 friendly, ok with most but wouldn’t want to live with a cigarette smoker. I LOVE dogs so that is a bonus if you have one. Cats are ok, but I am very anal about smelling cat litter so that would need to be kept clean at all times. I can go up a bit in rent for the right place. I do not currently have a place, am looking for a roommate situation.
