Hello! My name is Daniela. Here’s a little bit about myself:

I love anything creative and artistic, I do martial arts nearly every day so I live a pretty active/busy lifestyle. I’d say I’m more extroverted but I do appreciate alone time and respect people’s space. Clean environment and respectful/healthy communication is a priority for me. I’ll of course be open if ever you want a chat as well! I’ve always paid my bills on time and am diligent with any tasks.

My non negotiables:

My negotiables:

• Ideally I’m looking for a spot in the west end but I’m still open to suggestions.
• I’d also prefer to have my own private bathroom.
• move in date can vary between April 1st or may 1st.

FYI: I do have a very sweet and gentle orange cat who would be accompanying me. He’s really well behaved and only understands Spanish.

I’m comfortable in English, Spanish, and French.
