Hey all my names Zach, I’m 22, respectful and quiet guy here, looking for a roommate(s) and/or a room to rent ideally with an attached or private washroom, starting around the first week of May or June. I work full time & generally keep to myself. Most days I am working between 8 to 10 hours so I am not home all that often & if i am again, i generally keep to myself. Im a pretty avid bookworm & spend most of my free time either out and about, writing, or catching up on sleep.

I believe respect, hygiene & accountability are the biggest pillars in being house mates, as it will most of the time ensure a good sense of harmony!
