I am a full time cabinetmaker looking for accommodation for myself and my 9 year old, well behaved cat Ripley. I am quiet, if not a bit introverted, and outside of having friends over for dinner on occasion I don’t party. I’m clean and respectful, and I do not smoke.

My budget is around 900/month, utilities included. I am looking for something with in-unit laundry close to a ctrain station. I dont need a furnished room as I have everything I need already. I am actively looking for a roommate for my current basement suite, but have been struggling to find anything and am looking at the possibility of moving out now.
