Lane

Hi! My name is Lane, and I’m a student living in Calgary looking for someone who may want to team up for rent in May onwards. I’m quiet, friendly, respectful and clean, and have had to learn indepedance early to take care of myself.

It may already be a bit strange that a 17-year-old is on this website, but I’m leaving a difficult home situation and have the financial means to move out. Will be 18 in August, meaning I can sign my own lease in a few months! My budget is around $700/month and I’m looking for a basement/apartment to split with someone.

I would love to get to know someone prior to finding a place so I know who I’m moving in with, so if there is anyone out there comfortable with this situation please let me know. I do not need to be taken care of, I just need someone to split rent and utilities with :)
