My ideal place would have a stream room or hot sauna attached to building or with in very short walking distance. Safe place to park my car. No tobacco inside. 420 ok. No pets. I worked on many movies and TVs shows in Vancouver so a fellow entertainer(theater/film). I’d have space to do my voiceover work. I only wk 3days a week doing finance stuff, & that’s from home. I’m home a lot. Keep to myself mostly but wld love to make friends. I’m from Vancouver. New to city. I don’t know this city at all. I also need space to set up my lights and camera/blue screen as I still do auditions for films. I only want to live with Western orJapanese culture ppl.no Indians or Muslims or ppl that don’t adopt to western values and culture. Lgptqia+ 420 friendly. Looking for End of June 2026.
