Hello, I own a 5 bed room house near U of C. Positive- I am not home all that much. I work shift work downtown and then I leave the city. Newly renovated bathroom, kitchen etc. Close to Brentwood C-Train and to Northland Mall. I have the coolest well behaved little boxer dog named Archie. You will have access to a small home gym, sauna, and a brand new Steam room. A nice back yard and deck. One chore would help water the garden when I am away, then we can eat all the tomatoes, and veggies. I cook a lot and have a slight addiction to shopping at Costco. Ha.

I am a friendly, respectful, but also value privacy, peace, and a calm home environment. Most of the time, I am working, or out of town so that means you get the house to yourself.

I am looking for someone who is mature, clean, reliable, and easy to live with. This would be a great fit for a working professional or mature student who wants a peaceful home, not a loud or party-style environment.

No parties, no smoking, no cigarettes, no pets, and no excessive noise. Guests should be respectful and discussed when needed.
