Hello, I own a 5 bed room house near U of C. Uni of Calgary. Some positive things about my home - I am not home all that much. I work shift work downtown calgary and then I leave the city on my days off. Newly renovated bathroom, kitchen etc. Close to Brentwood C-Train and to Northland Mall. I have the coolest well behaved little boxer dog named Archie. You will have access to a small home gym, sauna, and a brand new steam room. A nice back yard and deck. One chore that would help, water the garden when I am away, then we can eat all the tomatoes, and veggies. I cook a lot and have a slight addiction to shopping at Costco.

I am a friendly, respectful, but also value privacy, peace, and a calm home environment. Most of the time, I am working, or out of town so that means you get the house to yourself.

I am looking for someone who is mature, clean, reliable, and easy to live with. This would be a great fit for a working professional or mature student who wants a peaceful home, not a loud or party-style environment.

The right person will be someone who treats the home like their own, communicates respectfully, cleans up after themselves, and wants to live with grounded people who are focused on stability, growth, and creating a comfortable home. House Expectations

Shared spaces should be kept clean after use, especially the kitchen, bathrooms, dining areas, and living rooms. Rent must be paid on time, communication should be respectful, and quiet evenings are important.

No parties, no smoking, no cigarettes, no pets, and no excessive noise. Guests should be respectful and discussed when needed.
