This is two upper level bedrooms. One to sleep and one for a living area. Shared kitchen, bathroom on the main floor, laundry in the basement. One parking space for small to midsized vehicle. Close to bus stops, stores, walking paths, Go station, gyms. Can be furnished with basics, small bed, mirror, tv stand no tv, small sofa, coffee table. Includes utilities with respect of not leaving things on to run up the bills.

Only myself living in the house on the main floor. Working not typical hours of 9 to 5. This is an older home with its quirks and charms. I’m quiet, like clean, organized spaces, keep to myself, rarely have any people over, allergies to pets, I typically cook at home, there is cameras outside, I maintain the property myself or sometimes I have my brother come do work for me. I would expect open communication with any issues.
