Hi! I have a beautiful, clean two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. It’s walking distance to grocery, drugstore, medical offices, and neighborhood pub. We have a gym in our building. Underground parking ( for a fee) I think it’s $100 extra and I have a storage unit I will share for an extra $50 /month. If you don’t want to pay for underground parking there is street parking available for free. 40 min walk to Somerset/Bridlewood ctrain or a bus stop right outside.

I’m hoping to find a kind, respectful and tidy roommate who has a steady job and good references. A clean home and open communication matter to me, and I think it’s important that we can talk things through kindly and directly.

I’d also love to find someone who enjoys a cozy night in and a good chick flick. I’m not expecting us to be joined at the hip, but I’d be happy if sharing a home grew into a genuine friendship.
