About the room

It’s actual a large fifth wheel that you can rent in your own and have your own space as a single person. Can be for a couple,a single parent with 1-2 kids but will cost extra ie to be negotiated. Also can be 3 persons willing to share the space as there are two bunks and even a hide a bed sofa. Prefer ns, social drinker ok but no alcoholics or Drugs. Not a party place. located just 4 min to downtown Sooke and on an acreage and we have an outdoor over ground pool. Worth viewing if you are interested so you can decide. Call and text me first to say you are calling re RV so will answer. Cheers!

About the roomies

Basically looking for like minded persons who would like to share in the acreage and interested in gardening and developing the place as a diversified hobby farm. But you can just rent only. Want to create a dress free, quite, comfortable and safe place to enjoy where we respect each others’ privacy, space, and individuality. If this sounds good and you are a fit then you are welcome to view and apply by contacting me 🙂

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
