About the room

Located on an acreage just 4 min from downtown Sooke. 2 bedrooms 1bath main floor. Could have a third bedroom option depending on need. Wanting to develop a diversified hobby farm with Fruit Orchard and berries, vegetable greenhouse you can share in or just rent. There are also fifth wheel RVs in place for rent and one available rental pad. There is an above ground pool for summer use. Develop our own little commune 🙂
