Southpark Drive

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a roommate, preferably a student or working professional to share my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in. The building is located at southpark drive, within 15 minutes walking distance to UofM. Also is located near 60 and blue bus routes. Beautiful neighborhood, close to many convenience stores like superstore, giant tiger, dollar tree and shoppers, and restaurants within walking distance.

I’m a friendly and easy going student, studying for my bachelor’s degree, at uofm. I look to save money with finding a roommate, as well as meeting other cool people.
Btw, I’m kinda neat person, so no cleaning concerns!
