Cassandra's room

This is a beautiful basement apartment with walk-out to the back, the bedroom available is a good size, unfurnished, and has a bright South-facing window. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with shower stall and one with tub/shower. We have a fully-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and two fridges! There is free laundry use in the apartment, and a private backyard (use included in rent). In addition to rent is 1/3 of utilities (gas, hydro, water, and unlimited high speed internet) approx $125/mo. We are on a major road, near Mohawk College, with a bus stop close by. This is a non-smoking home, which is part of the lease.

Must be at least triple-vaccinated. We are 2 roommates, 1 female and 1 NB. She (42) is on ODSP and works part-time from home. They (34) are a McMaster student and works full-time. We also have 2 young kittens living here. This is NOT a cannabis using household, as there is an allergy. Otherwise we’re pretty open, left-leaning and hopeful for a roommate who enjoys chilling, and playing board games, though obviously not necessary! We will respect privacy and hope you do, too. We will need to meet by video chat or in person before agreements can be made. This is a quiet household.
