It’s a 2 bedroom apartment beside Sheridan College in Oakville Ontario. I need a roommate to rent out the bedroom. shared kitchen , bathroom, living room. the $980 base rent . Internet is $40 a month, the electric bill is around $50 (split between us $25) . Parking is available for an extra $100 a month. The apartment is fully furnished living room , kitchen and bathroom. I am opened to new furniture coming in tho.
