I’m looking for a roommate to share my large beautiful furnished townhouse that’s right across from Spruce Meadows in the southwest. You get a huge bedroom, furnished as well as your own private full bathroom and primary use of the basement living room to yourself. Rent includes all utilities cable and Internet.

I am a quiet 43-year-old with three pets. I have two small senior dogs and a cat, they are like my kids so it’s important to me whoever lives here is especially fond of my pets.
