I am a 33 y/o Vancouver-born, Asian (Filipino) male looking for 1 other person (Preferably mid 20’s to early 30’s) to rent the other room in my 3-bedroom suite. I want to create a household of positive vibes, encouragement and productivity and hoping to find another individual who preferably has a passion for fitness/physical activity and doing fun activities together. (Not a must)

***Important: Looking for a CLEAN roomie who knows how to wash the dishes/utensils after use and keep things tidy and organized in all common areas. If you cook often, please make sure to keep the kitchen clean, put dishes/utensils back in respective areas and empty out the garbage regularly.
