ABOUT THE ROOM: –Large private bathroom with granite counter and large shower with sliding glass doors. tons of storage underneath –Large bedroom area –Large walk-through closet –King sized ikea bed. Very comfy. this bed folds up into a single if you would like more space and less bed (see photo) —comes with dresser, 2 night stands. —Trying to find a smart TV for the room right now –Nice view out your window —everything is split 50/50. I pay for the streaming services.

ABOUT YOU: –Responsible male –Full time employment –Not a heavy drinker/partier (coming home drunk once in a while like a normal person is not an issue) –Likes a clean house but doesn’t get OCD about it –Smoking weed is fine as long as you’re not an all-day everyday smoker, vaping is fine too. –Knows how to respect and take care of expensive furniture/kitchen stuff, etc… –If you own a cat that doesnt shed and doesnt wreck stuff we can talk about that

ABOUT ME: -Mature male, I work in trades
-I like a tidy house, It’s usually pretty spotless but I don’t care if you leave the occasional dish in the sink –Very easy going and easy to talk to. I dont get upset about much. This doesnt include not paying rent or any disrespectful behaviour in general –I cook a lot —I go to the gym a lot –I eat a lot of meat.
