We are looking for a roommate who is a woman to fill a room in a three bedroom apartment. The lease is for 1 year. Heat is included in the rent. Utilities are calculated monthly but are usually between $80-$150 - this will be divided equally between the three of us. Wi-fi is extra. First and last months rent are required to be paid before move in. The apartment is clean and spacious. It is unfurnished but has kitchen appliances including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry is coin operated on the first floor. It is a 15 minute walk to Sheridan College and 3 minutes from the closest bus stop. It is also located right by Oakville Place and Goodlife fitness.

Hello there! My name is Martha. My roommate Areebah and I are two students going into our 4th year in the Interaction Design Program at Sheridan College. We are friendly and sometimes like to do movie nights. Guests are allowed, but we are in an apartment and need to be mindful of neighbors so no big parties.

Keeping shared spaces clean and tidy and communicating respectfully if issues arise is our biggest ask! Cleaning/household chores can be discussed and we can make a basic schedule that works for everyone :)
