Hey this is a 5 bed, 2 bathroom house, a 15 minute walk from Carelton with 2 of the rooms still available! The rent starts Sept 1 2023 for a 12 month lease. Utilities are not included

So far we have 1 21 year old male student on the first floor and a 20 year old male who will be in the loft. Looking for 2 more females to be on the second floor with me! (I’m a 20 year old female nursing student).
