Dundas Street West

Room is being subleased from December 13th until January 24th, 2023. The room is furnished with a bed and has air conditioning. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and dishwasher which are shared with the roommates, all included with rent. It’s in the centrally located area of the West End, above a bar, with a TTC stop right in front of the apartment. You can be in the heart of downtown within less than 20 minutes on any given day. There are also many convenience stores, a Dollarama and a No Frills, within a short walk! There are many great restaurants and bars located on the same street or a short walk below on Queen Street and King Street. You’ll also be a 10 minute walk from Trinity Bellwoods Park, and with a short walk to College Street you’ll be at High Park within 10 minutes via the TTC streetcar.

We are a group of young professionals and students who enjoy each other’s company, along with our puppy Harry, the French bulldog. We enjoy cooking, walking, and riding together when we can. It is a welcoming and communal environment that we try to maintain :)
