I am a tenant who is looking for a roommate to fill the room. There are 3 other roommates (myself included).

About the Apartment:

• A house (split into three vacancies) located in between Western and Downtown Fanshawe Campus.
• Utilities are included.
• Wifi is split between the tenants, it would cost around 25 dollars to pitch in.
• No Smoking.
• No Parking.
• One and 1/2 bathrooms (both shared) and shared kitchen, living room, and laundry.
• Pets discouraged (there is a cat living in the apartment who does not get along well with other animals).
• Apartment is fully furnished aside from the room listed for rent, pictures of the apartment available upon request.

Ideal for students or student aged people. We are looking for responsible tenants!
