The house is cozy. bright, the room is at the bottom of the stairs across from the laundry, single bed, table, lights, everything included, bathroom shared, Wi-Fi is free and access to kitchen and laundry is included, bring your own detergent. Bus is across the street and GO train 5 minutes walking away. Big backyard, we have 2 dogs ,friendly, quiet, don’t go downstairs.

I’m one of the owners, my daughter is the other one and my grandson 15, teenager ,goes to high school, has his own room, loves gym, hockey, lots of friends he’s in touch with. We have a roomie upstairs ,a student, quiet, pleasant, stays mostly in his room.
