Nice bedroom in Hochelaga, right by Rue Ontario. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Room is facing a backyard that we are currently getting ready to be the perfect chill place in the summer, with a seating area and a fire pit, bbq, and outdoor cinema. We are all working professionals with individual schedules and while everyone here values their privacy, we also like to occasionally have game nights, go out or chill together. Some of us are still learning French, and all of us speak English.
We are looking for someone to rent the room by October 1st. All bills (water, electricity, internet, cleaning materials )are included. Lease is 6 or 12 months. If you have any questions or are interested in seeing the room in person, please reach out!
Supermarkets, parks, cafes and the gym are all just a few minutes walk. There is a bus departing from our street, and the green metro joliette or prefontain are just 5-10 minutes walking distance. There are some very nice parks in the neighborhood as well.
Jolie chambre à Hochelaga, juste à côté de la rue Ontario. La chambre peut être louée meublée ou non. Elle donne sur une cour arrière que nous sommes en train d’aménager pour en faire l’endroit idéal pour se détendre en été, avec un coin salon, un foyer extérieur, un barbecue et un cinéma en plein air. Nous sommes tous des professionnels actifs avec des horaires variés et, bien que chacun ici tienne à son intimité, nous aimons aussi organiser de temps en temps des soirées jeux, sortir ou passer du bon temps ensemble.
Nous recherchons quelqu’un pour louer cette chambre d’ici le 1er octobre. Toutes les charges (eau, électricité, Internet, produits d’entretien) sont comprises. Si vous avez des questions ou si vous souhaitez visiter la chambre, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter !
